Regular Registration Fees

Delegation fee (school fee): $145

Delegate fee (per delegate): $135

These fees may only be paid via PayPal or mailed check.

Delegation Late Fee

Delegation late fee (school fee): $50

As always, YMC can subsidize the cost of the delegate fee for students expressing need. To apply for financial aid, please fill out the financial aid application (opening on October 1st) or let us know if you think your students might qualify. Questions regarding financial aid should be sent to the current Treasurer, Olivia Xu, at treasurer@yalemc.org

Financial Aid

Delegates may apply for financial aid only to cover the delegate fee. The financial aid application must be submitted by October 7th at 11:59 pm ET for Round I applications and October 14th at 11:59 pm ET for Round II applications. Upon submission, please check your email for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your application, then we have not received it and you will not be considered for financial aid.

Financial Aid Decision Process

Yale Model Congress will decide financial aid awards by October 13th for Round I applications and October 20th for Round II applications at the latest and notify applicants and their advisors of our decision by email. Decisions are based on demonstrated need. Depending on the delegate’s application, we may award partial or full delegate fee waivers.

For liability reasons, all conference attendees are required to stay at the Omni Hotel New Haven at 155 Temple Street. On rare occasions, when the hotel faces capacity limits, we may approve some delegations to stay at the New Haven Hotel at 229 George Street.
